Lord Randolph Churchill was the Father of Winston Churchill. He was a British statesman who coined the term 'Tory democracy' lord Randolph was also the Prime Minister of "The Marquess of Salisbury". (1874-1895) and second with George Cornwallis-West (1900-1914) and third with Montagu porch (1918-1921).
